Sarah Featherstone
My background
The role of first year Architecture Tutor is filled by Sarah Featherstone. Last year she was awarded The Atkins Inspire Outstanding Achiever in Architecture and her practice has been Finalist in BD Young Architect of the Year and Architecture Foundation’s Next Generation Award.
My expertise
Sarah is an architect and director of Featherstone Young. She has designed projects in the housing, community, cultural, education and commercial sectors.
My focus
Sarah is a CABE Design Panel Member and Southwark Design Panel Member and an External Examiner at London Metropolitan University and the Bartlett. She is also a Civic Trust Award assessor, RIBA Awards 2008 Judge, member of the Camden Design Awards Panel and a RIBA President's Research Awards Assessor.
