Vunnida Chantaraprasit
My background
Vunnida graduated from Chulalongkorn University, the top university in Thailand, with a BA in Interior Architecture in 2003. During studying, she also participated in the annual volunteer camps of the faculty of architecture creating a school in the countryside of Thailand. Having four years of experiences as an interior architect after finishing her bachelor degreee, she has experienced a wide range of projects such as residential projects, work places, recreation space for kids, retail shops and events. Now, she is studying MA Creative Practice for Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martin, College of art and design in London.
My expertise
The scope of her work in term of an interior architect ranging from an initial design process to examine a construction site until finished work. She is also good at building up a model by 3D max.
My focus
During working as an interior architect, she was interested in the story behind the space, especially in museums and exhibitions, and realized that every space has its own story that designers try to express. She turns her intention to be a museum and exhibition designer. To enhance her professional skill, she will discover how to tell stories, especially in the cultural context, without a lot of reading so that most viewers can perceive.
